    Chest Cavity Beyond expands the chest-cavity organ system with a broad range of organs that players can harvest from creatures using a Chest Opener and implant to gain abilities and attribute bonuses. Its organ selection includes basic organs such as hearts, lungs, stomachs, intestines, kidneys, livers, ribs, and muscles, alongside aquatic gills and fish organs, fire-resistant Blaze organs, Enderman organs associated with teleportation, and strong, swift, or leaping muscles. Specialized digestive organs include carnivore and herbivore stomachs and a herbivore rumen, while aquatic organs can enable underwater breathing and Blaze organs can provide fire resistance. Each creature has a 3-by-9 organ grid, and different organs affect attributes including health, defense, strength, speed, digestion, nutrition, stamina, lung capacity, breathing, and nerve efficiency. Creature-specific additions range from animal organs for pigs and horses, carnivore digestion for wolves, herbivore rumens for cows and sheep, and leaping muscles for rabbits to specialized organs for creatures such as Creepers, Blazes, Ghasts, Shulkers, Guardians, the Ender Dragon, the Wither, Iron Golems, and the Warden. Some special organs grant active abilities, including fireballs from Blaze organs, large fireballs from Ghast air sacs, Shulker bullets, Guardian laser attacks, dragon breath, and the Warden's sonic boom. The mod also includes surgery enchantments for remote operation, advanced surgery, careful surgery, and safer surgery.
