    About

    AppleSkin is a mostly client-side mod that makes Minecraft’s food and hunger mechanics easier to understand through additional HUD and tooltip information, without changing the mechanics themselves. Food tooltips show food values, while the HUD visualizes saturation and exhaustion and previews the hunger, saturation, and health that holding food could restore. It can also display hunger, saturation, and exhaustion values in the debug overlay, and synchronizes saturation and exhaustion to the client; accurate values require the mod on the server or suitable server-side support.
