About
Cobblemon Map Kit equips adventure and roleplay maps with overworld tools and progression systems built around Cobblemon. Outside battle, Pokémon can use Rock Smash to break rocks, Cut to clear small trees, Strength to move boulders, Rock Climb to scale blocks, Flash to light nearby areas, and Fly to reach discovered map destinations; using an HM plays a GBA-style animation, and rock-breaking can sometimes provoke a wild Geodude. The mod also adds spawn-return Teleport and portals that Solgaleo or Lunala can open to a configured dimension, as well as running shoes, a bike, a Wailmer watering can, directional blocks, and paired teleport blocks that can connect across dimensions. Map makers can define grass zones with chosen Pokémon species, level ranges, shiny odds, and active times; Pokémon in those zones challenge players who walk through them. Fly targets provide discoverable fast-travel destinations, with each player tracking their own unlocks, while the configurable level-cap system can tie progression to required items and optionally restrict catches or experience gains as players advance. An animated badgecase supports polishing and storing badges, including badges from Cobblemon BadgeBox and Cobblemon Pokemon Badges. Map creators can configure required items for HM use and block respawn times, and can adjust level-cap rules such as allowing shiny or Master Ball catches above the cap.
