Construction Blocks expands building options with decorative and utility blocks, along with tools and items for working with them. Its additions include beams made from anvil, diamond, emerald, gold, iron, netherite, and rusty iron; caution-block variants such as slabs, stairs, walls, buttons, and pressure plates; and distinctive pieces including cone posts and barrels, gypsum, rusty iron blocks, inactive sea lanterns, and US and UK outlets. It also adds broad sets of color and material variants, including bookshelves and scaffolding in different wood types, and bricks, aged bricks, planks, ceiling tiles, concrete pieces, paper blocks, and redstone lamps in 16 colors. The tool and item additions include wooden, stone, iron, gold, diamond, and netherite hammers; colored paint rollers and dyed paper; sandpaper and wet sandpaper; and nuggets and sticks made from materials including emerald, netherite, ruby, diamond, gold, and iron.
