Create: Lights & Controls is a Create add-on for building wireless lighting, redstone controls, access systems, signage, and sound features that communicate through Create's Redstone Link network. Its lighting includes 14-color Crystal Lamps, Caged Signal Lights, and flush-mounted Inlaid Flat Lights, as well as larger tintable lights with Andesite, Industrial, Copper, or Brass casings; lights can be inverted and linked to a frequency. A wall-mounted Module Panel holds combinations of modular buttons, levers, item frames that display items without consuming them, and compact tint lights, with up to 326.9 billion possible module combinations per panel. Other controls include a floor-, wall-, or ceiling-mounted Industrial Gear Switch, a four-lever panel with separate frequencies, and Emergency and Elevator Push Buttons; the elevator button can call an Elevator Contact remotely. An Inverted Redstone Link transmits while unpowered, while a Broadcast Node wirelessly rebroadcasts a signal to as many as three target blocks. For access control, players can encode blank cards with a four-digit PIN and color, then use a Card Reader to register or check a card and send a redstone pulse on a match; a Keycard Door opens with a linked access card. Boards provide editable wall signage with up to three lines, separately dyeable text and background, and optional glowing text; Lit Boards add a frequency-linked, invertible light. The Smart Speaker can play vanilla or modded game sounds when triggered by redstone or a Redstone Link, with an adjustable broadcast range of 1 to 32 blocks and distance-based falloff.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 69 blocks, 5 items, 70 recipes and 7 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
