    About

    Create: Sandpapers is a Create addon that expands item polishing and adds recipes and machinery for automation. It adds Crushed Iron Sandpaper with 128 durability, Crushed Diamond Sandpaper with 256, and Sturdy Obsidian Sandpaper with 512; these can polish items in your offhand or on the ground, or be used with a Deployer. Any sandpaper can also polish stone, sandstone, deepslate, basalt, blackstone, quartz, granite, diorite, andesite, and Create cut stone in place, including their slab, stair, and wall variants. For bulk polishing, the kinetic Polishing Wheel uses a pair of wheels, crafted with mechanical crafting, to process items dropped between them. Crushed iron and crushed diamonds are produced in Crushing Wheels and used to craft the new sandpapers. The addon also adds sequenced assembly recipes for Rose Quartz from quartz, water, lava, and red dye; Unrefined Lapis Lazuli that yields extra lapis when polished; and Ink Sacs from paper, water, and coal. Holding Alt reveals sandpaper durability, and using sandpaper on living creatures causes harm.
