    About

    DCFixes is an unofficial DeceasedCraft companion mod that addresses gameplay, rendering, and performance issues across the pack. It prevents saturation loss unless the player is healed and adds Quark-style inventory sorting to containers found in DeceasedCraft. It improves Lost Cities chunk generation by initializing features and spawners per chunk, reducing the city generation’s contribution to server lag; trees that would generate as features, such as those in small parks, appear as saplings and grow if players remain nearby. It also skips a block-hitbox check in InControl’s mob-spawning logic that could cause hangs and significant server lag. Other fixes address Engineered Schematics’ main-hand rendering, Physics Mod and ETF rendering issues, Physics Mod ragdoll compatibility for GeckoLib-based mobs, Immersive Vehicles rendering and ticking performance, and Hordes wave spawn positioning. Several settings become configurable, including Immersive Vehicles’ distances and behaviour, TACZ Ammo Boxes’ stack size, the Sugar Rush effect’s attributes from Let’s Do Bakery, and Extreme Reactors’ reinforced turbine. Additional changes lazy-load TACZ assets to reduce startup loading and memory use, allow MoreCulling to load with Sinytra Connector, and add options to rename FTB Quests task and reward subtitles. The mod also syncs player health with Legendary Survival Overhaul’s body-part damage system, lets pufferfish attributes affect its healing items, and makes Spice of Life: Carrot Edition forget food tastes on death.
