A harsher health system makes injuries and survival more demanding.

DOOMED UNKNOWN CASUALTY is a Minecraft health and survival overhaul built around managing injuries and treating patients through hands-on medical procedures. Players can grind herbs with a mortar and pestle, bandage or suture wounds, perform transplants and prosthetic fittings, and use tools such as splints, syringes, CPR equipment and surgical tools. Its health display tracks regional pain, bleeding, circulation, missing limbs and prosthetics, while treatment decisions can involve imperfect diagnoses and the risk of incorrect procedures. The mod also adds progression through Strength, Resilience and Intelligence, along with traits such as Iron Deficient and optional server rules for consent during cross-player treatment. Medical machines support fluid handling, and Fluid and Energy Conduits let players connect them while preserving chemistry batches in directly linked tanks. Compatibility features include appropriate nutrition, hydration and temperature effects for Farmer’s Delight foods and drinks, and radiation protection from Mekanism hazmat armor.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
Not checked yet
We have not checked its files for recent Minecraft versions yet.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We have not read its code yet
What it sends is not known yet.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files, images and sounds yet.
AI in the game: not checked yet
We have not read its code for AI yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
