About
EFab is a steampunk-styled crafting system for modpack makers who want to gate recipes behind additional resources and mechanics. Pack makers define recipes in JSON, combining familiar crafting-grid inputs with requirements such as steam, liquids, mana, or RF; recipes are displayed in JEI. Its free-form multiblock can be arranged from touching EFab blocks, and adding blocks can extend or speed up its functions; examples include gearboxes that accelerate crafting and recipes that require both water and lava to make obsidian. The mod also includes basic autocrafting and monitor blocks.
