    About

    Immersive Engineering is a retro-futuristic technology mod built around grounded, industrial machinery rather than abstract machines that transform resources through a single block. Power generation includes waterwheels, windmills and biodiesel, while electricity travels through cables stretched between connectors, with transformers and capacitors supporting the network. Its machines include large multiblocks such as the Crusher, which breaks ore with rotating wheels, and the Excavator, whose bucket wheel digs resources from the ground. The mod also provides practical infrastructure and processing equipment, including conveyors, storage shelves, Coke Ovens, refineries and garden cloches for growing crops. Combat and utility equipment includes revolvers, railguns, turrets, drills, buzzsaws, chemthrowers and a collapsible glider. An in-game Engineer’s Manual serves as documentation for the mod’s machines and systems.
