Adds a new workstation for upgrading, applying, splitting books and more.
69.6 of the 71 points that apply = 98 out of 100. The points above are rounded to whole numbers.
Enchanting Reimagined adds an enchanting workstation that lets players make practical use of enchanted items and books instead of relying solely on the usual enchanting-table process. The workstation can extract enchantments from items into books, combine or split enchanted books, apply books to items, and repair gear; extracted items may break depending on configuration. Players can upgrade enchantments using dust made by smelting an enchanted book, or craft advanced dust with diamonds and ender pearls to raise enchantments above the vanilla maximum, subject to configuration. A sponge-and-iron-nugget curse scrubber removes curses from enchanted items or books, and configurable experience costs govern operations such as extraction, upgrades, applying enchantments, curse removal, and repairs. The workstation can be found in a dedicated house that generates in every village type, marked by a bottle of enchanting displayed above the door. For a more exploration-focused setup, a configuration option can remove the enchanting-table recipe so enchantments must be found in the world; other options let players adjust operation costs.
Written from Modrinth , CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 1 block: Enchanting Workstation; 3 items: Advanced Enchantment Dust, Curse Scrubber and Enchantment Dust; 3 recipes and 1 loot table.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Replaces 1 of vanilla Minecraft's recipes.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs and code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
