Esoteric Spells expands Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks with a school of balanced Esoteric magic, adding spells alongside matching orbs, runes, sorcerer armor, staves, and other equipment. Its six spell branches cover distinct combat roles: Spell includes quick attacks such as Laser, the charged-up Finale, and magic Cannon; Spellblade enhances melee hits or sends out sword-like waves; and Familiar summons a black cat that can act on command and, at higher levels, cast automatically or copy its master's spells. Aura spells grant nearby allies and the caster combat or casting buffs, while Barrier spells create stationary zones that can block damage or knock enemies away; Device spells summon helpers such as missile-launching devices or follow-up attackers. In the Origin Realm, the friendly Esoteric Sorcerer offers useful trades, including Ruined Books and other hard-to-renew items, as well as a special item that raises spellbook capacity to 15. Completing the sorcerer's trial rewards the Rising Inolia Ring, a powerful endgame accessory with extensive buffs, described as comparable in power to Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks' Iron Crown.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
Changes the game's code in 1 area: Inventory and itemsChanges 1 game code file in this area: items, chests and other containers, crafting and enchanting..
A library packed inside it changes 9 more game code files:
Expandability.
Adds:
Counted from the files of the mod. Content made only in its code is not counted.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
