A new HUD for Mine and Slash with health, skills, and effects.
Finished or replaced projects get no grade: they will not get fixes or new versions.
Exile Overlay is a customizable add-on for Mine and Slash that replaces Minecraft’s default HUD with an ARPG-style interface. It displays health, mana, and stamina in orb-shaped indicators, provides a hotbar for Mine and Slash skills, and shows damage popups colored by Mine and Slash elements. The overlay also lists active buffs and debuffs with icons, shows a target’s health and Mine and Slash level, tracks elapsed in-game days, and displays the durability of equipped armor. Players can customize the HUD through its configuration interface.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Changes the game's code in 3 areas: World renderingChanges 1 game code file in this area: drawing the terrain, sky, clouds and weather., Mobs and their behaviorChanges 1 game code file in this area: mobs, animals, villagers, projectiles and how they move and act. and Server and world logicChanges 1 game code file in this area: the world, commands, scoreboards, saved data and game rules..
Adds 3 key bindings: Open HUD Config, Reset Damage Tracker and Toggle Damage Tracker Overlay.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found in the parts we could check
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
One of its files for recent versions cannot be checked: its author does not let other sites download it from CurseForge.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends, in the 1 of its 2 files we read
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
