Fairy Lights adds customizable decorative lighting and bunting for buildings, with hanging strands that can be arranged in many combinations of colors and light styles. Available styles include fairy, heart, moon, star, paper, orb, flower, candle and oil lanterns, snowflake and icicle lights, meteors, and spooky options such as spiders, ghosts, jack-o’-lanterns, skulls and witches. Craft hanging lights with up to eight lights in a chosen pattern; string makes the wire sag, a stick keeps it straight, and glowstone dust makes the lights twinkle. You can dye the wire with any dye, toggle lights by hand, adjust wire size with string or a stick, and replace individual lights by right-clicking a spot with the desired light. Hanging lights can attach to horizontal or vertical fences, and a redstone signal makes them play jingles; letter and pennant buntings let you add text to buildings. This fork also lets lights sit on the ground with 16-step rotation and dyeing, supports Sable (Create Aeronautics), and uses Flywheel rendering optimizations. Most models use editable .bbmodels, making it easier to create additional lights with resource packs, and the mod integrates with JEI for recipe viewing.

Changes the game's code in 2 areas: User interfaceChanges 2 game code files in this area: menus, screens, tooltips, the chat window and the in-game overlay. and Inventory and itemsChanges 1 game code file in this area: items, chests and other containers, crafting and enchanting..
A library packed inside it changes 15 more game code files: Flywheel.
Adds 21 blocks, 25 items, 1 entity, 36 recipes and 8 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
