About
Fast Config API is a lightweight, platform-independent library for mod developers to create and manage configuration files, including loading, reloading, and deleting them at runtime. Developers define a config from a template class with default field values and an annotation; the API can discover and register these configs and create their files automatically. Config options include the file name, serializer, client or common side, storage subdirectory, and loader, with TOML and JSON serializers available. Alongside the default loader, which initializes a config from the template's field values, a URL loader can fetch data from an HTTPS endpoint when the game reloads, with options for handling failures and parsing content using a chosen deserializer.
