Fry's Things: Guns and More adds a tiered arsenal of vanilla-style 3D firearms to Minecraft, with clean animations, iron sights, and distinct iron, steel, and carbon-steel tiers that progress from historical-style weapons to modern ones. Players craft guns, components, and ammunition at the Gunsmith Table, then upgrade the table to unlock stronger tiers and use an Upgrade Machine to improve eligible weapons; guns can also be repaired at a repair bench. The roughly 30-gun collection includes flintlocks, muskets, blunderbusses, pepperboxes, and a cannon in the iron tier, followed by steel-tier revolvers, lever-action and bolt-action rifles, and shotguns. Carbon-steel weapons include a pistol, light machine gun, combat shotgun, SMG, and three-round-burst assault rifle, while additional firearms are found as loot in structures such as bastion remnants, end cities, woodland mansions, pillager outposts, jungle temples, buried treasure, and nether fortresses. Weapons vary in magazine capacity, damage, firing rate, accuracy, and bullet velocity; gameplay includes semi-automatic and automatic fire, reloading, toggleable zoom, recoil, and shotgun ammunition choices. The mod also adds underground, desert, and Nether sulfur, which can be used to make gunpowder and matches, along with flint and steel tools, carbon-steel equipment, and a multitool. Carbon-steel armor can be crafted in desert, forest, multicam, snow, police, and dye-colored variants.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16 to 1.16.5.
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 11 blocks, 134 items, 106 recipes, 50 advancements, 18 sounds and 2 key bindings.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16 to 1.16.5.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16 to 1.16.5.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
