    About

    FTB Quest Translator is a client-side addon for FTB Quests that makes quest text accessible in another language without requiring setup on the server. A button in the quest panel translates titles, subtitles, and descriptions on demand, and can be toggled to return to the original text; the target language is detected from Minecraft’s language setting by default or can be set manually. Players can also translate the entire questbook in the background, with progress saved so a batch can be resumed later. The addon supports Google Translate and DeepL, caches translations to reduce repeat requests, and provides an in-game settings menu for provider and language choices, API credentials, animations, and cache management. A configurable glossary can keep terms such as Redstone, Create, or Mekanism unchanged, while text-to-speech reads either the original or translated quest text aloud.
