    About

    Gods & Heroes adds superhero- and deity-inspired Origins that give characters powers directly, rather than requiring them to wear a character’s costume. Its playable origins include the Speedster, Kryptonian, Spider-Man, Blacksmith, Builder, Nightcrawler, Namur, Vampire, and Ars Sorceress, offering distinct themes such as fast exploration, flight, web-swinging, village-based crafting, creative building, teleportation, aquatic movement, and magic. The Speedster can accelerate and decelerate to control a high top speed and step up blocks as high as 1.5 blocks; Spider-Man swings on webs and climbs, while Nightcrawler can teleport and use night vision. Namur focuses on aquatic play, with faster swimming in two modes and a Poseidon’s Relic, while the Kryptonian has flight. The Vampire has a blood bar, can feed on creatures, turn invisible, and is vulnerable to sunlight in warm biomes; its abilities also include protections and blood-related magic effects. The Blacksmith has armor tiers and progression mechanics for developing a village base, while the Builder offers creative flight and other building-focused passives. The Ars Sorceress is a magic-focused origin that requires Ars Nouveau.
