About
Gunpowder, Sulfur and Potassium adds alternative ways to obtain gunpowder, including crafting it from potassium and sulfur or from flint, redstone and coal, so players need not rely solely on creeper drops. The mod adds potassium and sulfur ores and dusts, plus refined potassium, potassium blocks and sulfur sand; their world generation spans locations such as badlands, oceans, deserts, mountains and the Nether. Potassium and its processed forms can explode when exposed to water or rain, while sulfur dust is flammable and sulfur ore or sand can explode when exposed to fire. Jungle leaves can drop bananas, which serve as food and can be smelted into potassium dust; sulfur dust can also be obtained by smelting eggs.
