    About

    Japanese Culture is a vanilla-style mod that adds Japanese-themed content, including a new biome, animals, a mythological monster, food, and paintings. The Japanese Wisteria Park biome features large Japanese wisteria trees growing among cliffs. Tanuki, or raccoon dogs, appear in forests, cherry groves, and the Japanese Wisteria Park; the mod also includes baby Tanuki. The Oni, a monster from Japanese mythology, has four variations, but currently does not spawn. The added Japanese foods include sushi, and the mod also features paintings.
