Just Trial Spawners brings Minecraft 1.21’s Trial Chamber mechanics to Forge worlds, aimed especially at modpack makers, without adding Trial Chamber world generation. Its trial spawners detect nearby players, summon mobs in waves with per-player scaling, and eject rewards when a trial is complete; players can configure the next mob with a spawn egg, and server settings control details such as detection range and cooldown. Players with Bad Omen can trigger ominous mode, which brings tougher mob variants, periodic item drops during the fight, ominous rewards, and access to ominous vaults with upgraded loot. Vaults are opened with Trial Keys, track rewards separately for each player, and have a distinct ominous version activated with an Ominous Trial Key. The mod adds the Breeze, an aerial mob that leaps, slides, and attacks with wind charges, and the Bogged, a skeleton variant that fires poison arrows and can be sheared for mushrooms. Trial-related effects include Trial Omen, which activates ominous mode near a trial spawner, as well as Wind Charged, Weaving, Oozing, and Infested, which cause wind bursts, cobwebs, slimes, or a chance of silverfish when their affected entity dies or is hit. The combat additions include the Density, Breach, and Wind Burst enchantments, which respectively increase damage, bypass armor effectiveness, and trigger a wind burst on hit. Its creative tab includes preconfigured spawners for more than 36 hostile mobs, including zombies, creepers, Endermen, ravagers, wardens, Breeze, and Bogged, while resource packs can provide custom spawner and vault appearances, including state-specific variants.
Written from CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
Changes the game's code in 1 area: Chunk loading and storageChanges 1 game code file in this area: how the game loads, tracks, saves and unloads chunks..
Adds 2 blocks, 7 items, 2 mobs, 2 projectiles, 3 enchantments, 1 recipe, 16 loot tables and 35 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
Point at or tap a version to see its loaders.
Modpacks that include Just Trial Spawners in at least one of their versions, most downloaded first.
The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
In the last 2 years, 1 release needed a quick fix: a new release within 3 days to fix a problem. This counts in the grade, but it is too few to lose points.
