About
Lycanthropes adds werewolves and hunters, framing them around an alternative origin for werewolf powers and encouraging player customization and storytelling. Players can transform into one of seven werewolf variants using werewolf armor, choosing colors for individual armor pieces, and can switch between human and werewolf forms. Werewolves bring strengths and weaknesses, while 16 human characters can be traded with and most transform when provoked at night. Hunters trade silver nuggets for werewolf fur, which can also be used to make wool and leather; the mod adds silver materials, tools, armor, and blocks, with silver tools usable as weapons. Two flowers interact with werewolves: Wolfsbane is harmful, while Moonvine is beneficial. The world also features six loot-filled small-to-medium structures and paintings that provide hints about the mod.
