About
MineZero is a Re:Zero-inspired mod that brings a checkpoint and “return by death” world-reset system to Minecraft, suited to survival challenges, adventure maps, and roleplay. Players can save a checkpoint with the Artifact Flute or a command; the saved state includes player data such as inventory, health, hunger, experience, potion effects, and dimension, along with world blocks, entities, ground items, and time of day. The player who sets the checkpoint becomes its anchor, and when that player dies, MineZero restores the world and players to the saved state, rewinds the day, and plays a custom chime. In multiplayer, the anchor rule makes the reset a shared challenge, while configuration options can enable automatic checkpoints at fixed or random intervals, set a checkpoint when a world is created or all players sleep, and control Artifact Flute availability and cooldown.
