About
More Ores More Gems expands Minecraft’s mineral resources with 37 metals, 46 gems, and two stones, adding a broad range of materials for mining and crafting. Its metals include titanium, steel, nickel, uranium, platinum, cobalt, and radium, alongside alloys such as shadowsteel, skysteel, and rose gold. The gems range from ruby, sapphire, topaz, and jade to several opals, including white, gray, black, pink, and fire opal, as well as fluorite and three varieties of autunite. New stone types include chondrite and uraninite, and ore distribution images document deposits in the Overworld, Nether, and End. Some materials can be combined into alloys or gems, such as shadowite and steel for shadowsteel, white opal and lapis lazuli for blue opal, and amethyst and citrine for ametrine. The added materials also have different crafting uses: recipes group them with sticks and rods, including obsidian, iron, titanium, and blaze-rod options.
