    About

    Moss And Monsters adds the Mossy Forest, a new biome with moss blocks, pools, and creatures to tame or fight. Nibblers appear in pools, Mudskippers can be found throughout the forest, and Mossmunchers spawn in groups of one to three, dropping cholorofilm and muncher fangs for crafting armor and weapons. Mosscrabs can be tamed with cholorofilm and then follow and fight alongside you, while larger moss crabs can be ridden but cannot be tamed. The biome also contains the Tree Spirit, a challenging boss whose drops can be used to craft armor and a ranged weapon; the armor is described as stronger than Netherite. Entering the biome unlocks all crafting recipes.
