    About

    Paranoid is a horror mod that makes the world feel hostile through a creeping sense of being watched and followed. Mobs appear distorted and seem to notice you, while whispers, distant footsteps, and other unexplained sounds create auditory hallucinations. Players can use a Sedative to calm their mind or read a Book of Clarity to break the influence, though the paranoia eventually returns.
