Poly's Ores adds rare, powerful ores that generate in particular biomes and can be crafted into gems, tools, weapons, and special oversized weapons; ore generation can be adjusted or disabled in the configuration. Blazing ores appear in deserts and their items set targets on fire; frosted ores occur in snowy and icy biomes and inflict slowness; toxic ores spawn in swamps and inflict poison. Gravite ores generate below sea level in mountains, and their items launch targets with a knockback-like effect, while levite ores appear higher in mountains and inflict levitation. Holy ores occur in sunflower plains and flower forests, and holy items deal extra damage to skeletons, zombies, and creepers while also applying weakness; obscure ores are found in dark forests, and their items inflict weakness, wither, and blindness. Forbidden items have a distinctive oversized appearance and are crafted using forbidden matter made from all the different ores; they inflict Death, applying the other sets' effects together for 30 seconds. Every set includes a shovpick, combining a shovel and pickaxe, and a large weapon that deals high damage and has the longest effect duration.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.14 to 1.16.1.
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 14 blocks, 60 items and 67 recipes.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.14 to 1.16.1.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.14 to 1.16.1.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
