    Ranks and Titles is an addon for Recruits that gives factions a customizable hierarchy and adds delegated controls for managing members, land claims, and diplomacy. Leaders retain full control, while Co-Leaders can manage members up to Elder, accept join requests, claim land, and set diplomacy; Elders can accept requests and remove Members, and Members keep the default role. Factions can rename role titles without changing their permissions, and those titles appear as prefixes in the tab list. A ranks screen lets players promote or demote members according to role rules, remove members, handle join requests, edit titles, and access claim and diplomacy controls when permitted.
