Build realistic roads with asphalt, road markings, barriers, and streetlights.

Saro’s Road Blocks adds road-building materials and tools for creating roads that follow the terrain, with asphalt slope and stair variants for smooth hills, on-ramps, and bridges rather than abrupt one-block rises. Its building pieces include asphalt and road markings, crash barriers and their poles, corners and ends, street lights and pole variants, sidewalks, and decorative fake-snow slopes; each block has its own high-resolution texture and footstep sound. Road-marking tools include standard, full-surface, gradient, corner, and gradient-corner brushes, plus tools to fill areas, modify and rotate blocks, remove markings, and plan road layouts. In supported configurations, players can add custom road-line textures through content packs defined with a JSON file and PNG textures, with pack metadata synchronized to clients when they join. The mod is designed to pair with Saro’s Road Signs and supports both single-player and multiplayer play.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Changes the game's code in 1 area: Inventory and itemsChanges 1 game code file in this area: items, chests and other containers, crafting and enchanting..
Adds 11 blocks, 11 items, 15 recipes and 1 sound.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
The author declares on Modrinth that it shows advertisements.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI was used for its code and text
The author declares AI code and text on Modrinth.
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
