Sync server and client mods to make updating easier for developers.

ServerSync is a server-and-client utility that helps Minecraft server admins keep players’ game files up to date, reducing the manual work and instructions needed to connect with the server. The server is configured to provide selected files, and players run the client before launching Minecraft to check for and download updates or missing files. Directory rules can mirror a server folder, transferring files that are missing on the client and removing extras, or push files without that cleanup; admins can also choose included directories and files, exclude patterns, and redirect files to a different client location. ServerSync can suggest client-only mods such as OptiFine or NEAT through a dedicated client-mods folder, while players can refuse those suggestions or keep specified files from being deleted during synchronization. The utility can run through a graphical interface or command line, with progress-reporting and silent modes that can be automated in a startup workflow.
Written from CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.0.0 to 1.16.5.
Adds no new blocks, items or other content.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.0.0 to 1.16.5.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends about you
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.0.0 to 1.16.5.
We read its code without running it: it contacts 2 web addresses while you play.
Like any connection, each address it contacts sees your IP address.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and code history and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
Point at or tap a version to see its loaders.
Modpacks that include ServerSync in at least one of their versions, most downloaded first.
Mods that modpacks often add together with ServerSync. Share: how many of the modpacks with ServerSync also have that mod.
The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. None is for a recent Minecraft version. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
