A terrifying Siren Head stalks you through the night.

Siren Head: Reborn adds the Trevor Henderson creatures Siren Head and Long Horse to Minecraft, building a staged horror encounter around Siren Head’s arrival and hunt. Long Horse appears in Phase 0 as a warning: looking at it makes it vanish and soon triggers distant siren sounds, beginning Phase 1. In Phase 1, Siren Head is disguised as a motionless siren pole and remains passive until damaged; the encounter can advance to Phase 2, when it becomes hostile and can appear naturally in forest biomes at night. Standing over 12 blocks tall, Siren Head attacks with heavy blows, knockback, ground-slam shockwaves, jumps, grabs, and a damaging area roar, while its sirens and nearby screen shake signal danger. It becomes faster at night, may detect players near light sources, and can break leaves and blocks while pursuing them; in water its sounds and special attacks are suppressed. When badly hurt, it can flee and reappear nearby, charging on all fours without using its special attacks; defeating it resets the phases, but the cycle starts again. Players can adjust the encounter’s phase through a gamerule, a creative-mode item, or commands, and can disable block breaking with the mobGriefing gamerule.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 1 block, 7 items, 2 mobs, 8 other entities and 10 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
