Add elemental damage and reactions to make combat more strategic.
40 of the 55 points that apply = 73 out of 100.
SLM: Elements adds an elemental combat system in which weapons can be infused with Ignis, Aqua, Terra, Frost, Volt, Aero, Lumen, or Umbra to create strategic interactions with targets. Each element has its own combat role: for example, Ignis and Volt interact with armor, Terra and Aero reward targeting grounded or airborne foes, Frost and Aqua scale around health, and Lumen and Umbra favor opposing health states. Applying two elements to the same target can trigger direct, reverse, or static reactions; examples include Overload, which explodes with knockback, Frozen, which deals damage based partly on the target’s maximum health, and Purify, which removes negative effects. Other reactions deal damage over time or alter combat, while Aero combinations such as Firestorm, Whirlpool, and Blizzard spread elements across an area. Normal attacks are limited by an internal cooldown on elemental application, while abilities bypass that limit; separate per-reaction and global safeguards also curb repeated reaction combos, particularly against resilient targets. When enabled, environmental effects can give entities elements from sources such as rain or water, fire or lava, deserts or underground areas, snow or cold, and lightning, and the environment can trigger reactions as well. Colored text particles identify elemental applications and reactions, and configuration options let players enable or disable elements and reactions, adjust environmental behavior, and change particle settings.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 1 sound: Congelado.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
