About
So Many Enchants expands Minecraft’s enchanting system with new enchantments for armor, tools, weapons, and functional blocks, alongside higher maximum levels for most vanilla enchantments. Armor enchantments include Health Boost, which adds hearts, Flight, which allows temporary flight at the cost of boot durability and hunger, and Cat Vision for seeing in the dark; Step Assist lets boots climb higher steps. For tools and weapons, Replanting automatically replants crops, Double Break can break an extra block, Block Reach extends mining distance, and Attack Reach extends weapon range; Frostbite freezes enemies and adds special particles, while Critical can improve or trigger critical hits. Block enchantments speed up hopper transfers, increase chest and shulker box storage, camouflage trapped chests, and improve furnace, smoker, and blast-furnace smelting speed, fuel efficiency, or experience yields. An Enchanter Villager trades high-level enchanted books and also offers bookshelves and experience bottles, with a chance at master level to trade for enchanted golden apples. Some enchantments are mutually exclusive, including Block Reach and Attack Reach, while the mod’s configuration can toggle its enchantments, vanilla enchantment changes, and Enchanter Villagers, as well as set enchantment maximum levels.
