A group of soul-based origins for the Origins Mod.
33.5 of the 64 points that apply = 52 out of 100. The points above are rounded to whole numbers.
Soul Squad Origins adds two soul-themed origins to Origins: Poltergeist and Hivemind. As a Poltergeist, you are a spirit that possesses blocks, gaining each block’s mining level and attack damage; while unpossessed, you can phase through blocks but cannot interact with the world, and in a possessed form you can interact without using tools or armor. Possessed blocks wear out over time according to their material, and when one breaks it is lost, so you must obtain another block to possess. Some blocks grant special abilities: crafting tables provide portable crafting, furnaces and blast furnaces smelt mined blocks, smokers smelt mob drops and can yield extra drops, dispensers fire your arrows, and hoppers draw nearby items to you. Other examples include TNT that ignites when you leave it, Netherite blocks that protect you from fire, dragon heads that grant elytra, brewing stands that let you consume certain ingredients for potion effects, and beacons that grant effects based on nearby beacon-base blocks. The Hivemind can create additional bodies at the cost of maximum health, then move its soul freely between them regardless of distance; each body has separate inventory, health, and hunger, and unattended bodies can still be attacked by mobs.

Changes the game's code in 5 areas, as a library other mods build on: PlayerChanges 2 game code files in this area: your character: movement, abilities, hunger and controls., Networking and multiplayerChanges 2 game code files in this area: connections, the server list and what is sent between your game and a server., Rendering and graphicsChanges 1 game code file in this area: drawing mobs, items, particles and textures on screen., User interfaceChanges 1 game code file in this area: menus, screens, tooltips, the chat window and the in-game overlay. and Mobs and their behaviorChanges 1 game code file in this area: mobs, animals, villagers, projectiles and how they move and act..
A library packed inside it changes 112 more game code files:

Adds:
Counted from the files of the mod. Content made only in its code is not counted.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs and code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
