SummoningScepters adds a small magic-based summoning system, letting players call creatures to fight, distract enemies, or draw attacks away from them. The mod includes three scepters, five summoning tomes, and a lightning rod, with tomes for summoning zombies, skeletons, strays, wither skeletons, and horses; each creature has three tiers so far. To summon, hold the creature’s tome in your off hand and a scepter or staff in your main hand; each cast damages the player and applies a creature-specific negative effect, though armor can reduce the damage. Zombie summons illustrate the tier differences: a basic zombie carries a stone axe, a faster armored Berzerker wields two axes and has a short lifespan, while the top-tier Obsidian Scepter calls two heavily armored Hoplite Zombies with shields, reduced knockback, and longer despawn times. The lightning rod can charge creepers during thunderstorms, providing a way to obtain the heads or skulls used to craft summoning tomes.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16.5.
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 1 block, 9 items and 10 recipes.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16.5.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16.5.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
