Thermal Recycling is a Thermal Expansion add-on focused on recovering useful materials from surplus or unwanted items. Its Thermal Recycler breaks items into component materials or converts them into scrap, while the Scrap Assessor previews possible results for a selected recycler core. The Composter accepts green and brown materials to produce bone meal and uses it to grow plants in a 9-by-9 area around the machine. Additional Redstone Furnace, Pulverizer, Sawmill, and Induction Smelter recipes recover ingredients from items; for example, pulverizing an iron door yields six iron dust. Scrap can be used with scrap boxes to repair or rename items in an anvil, and compressed into fuel blocks that can also serve as construction fill. Other additions include a player-to-player Vending Machine, a Battery Rack that feeds RF-charged devices into a power grid, paper logs and a Paper Log Maker for turning paper into furnace fuel, trampling- and irrigation-free Fertile Land, underground Piles of Rubble that yield random items, and an RTG Energy Cell powered by Energetic Redstone. The mod recognizes items from a broad range of other mods, including Thermal Foundation and Expansion, BuildCraft, Forestry, Thaumcraft, EnderIO, Applied Energistics 2, Immersive Engineering, IndustrialCraft 2, and Deep Resonance, assigning recognized items scrap categories and handling some mod-specific item data.
Written from CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10.
Adds 10 blocks and 3 items.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends about you
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10.
We read its code without running it: it contacts 1 web address while you play.
Like any connection, each address it contacts sees your IP address.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and code history and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
