Build automated factories that move and sort your resources.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 101 graded mods, 23 are graded A or B, 16 C and 62 D to F. Its newest release is for Minecraft 1.7.10. See the mods
Material Energy^Natural Capital is an open-world questing modpack built around automation and factory-style resource processing, with logistics, routing, sorting, and item handling at its core. Trees and water are finite, crafting tables are absent, and the Overworld has no hostile mobs, while other dimensions still contain mobs. Its Hardcore Questing Mode quest lines support buying and selling resources and guide players through a distinctive progression chain. Mining is shaped by custom ore generation: major ores take longer to extract but yield larger quantities, encouraging automated mining, though mining delays also affect automated setups. The mod selection supports large-scale industry and transport through systems such as Applied Energistics 2, BuildCraft, Logistics Pipes, Railcraft, Thermal Expansion, and Immersive Engineering. It also includes world and atmosphere touches such as Biomes O’ Plenty, CaveBiomes, a custom skybox, enhanced sound handling, and a more immersive underground, alongside custom music.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.7.10 · Forge, 2 Jan 2017). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
9 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 1 Jan 2017 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the mods we checked
We checked 103 of its 104 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
6 mods send something about you
We read the code of 103 of its 104 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make its mods
We found no AI use from before this release (2 Jan 2017) in the 42 mods we checked.
6 mods show AI use only from after it, so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
62 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
