Ultimate Lootboxes adds collectible boxes that drop from mobs and open to award random loot, ranging from several basic materials, ores, or food in common boxes to a single valuable weapon or armor piece in rarer ones. Its six most common boxes use vanilla themes: Wooden, Iron, Gold, Diamond, End, and Hungry; other boxes introduce items made for the mod, including themed weapon crates for daggers, swords, greatswords, katanas, blunt weapons, axes, spears, bows, and shields. The weapon collection spans fast, low-damage daggers; slower, harder-hitting greatswords and clubs; tree-cutting axes; throwable, retrievable spears; bows; and shields, with some custom-modelled weapons and animated items. Weapons can have distinct abilities, such as shooting projectiles or using secondary attacks, and those abilities may consume extra durability; other loot includes throwable explosives and ore magnets, while placeable traps harm anything that touches them. New armor offers different looks and can grant bonuses per piece or as a set, while item modifiers add effects such as poisoning, slowing, burning, stunning, or disarming enemies and increasing loot-box drops. The Hylian Box adds Legend of Zelda items, including a Master Sword with animated texture, sword-beam attacks, and charge attacks. Players can adjust weapon sounds, the behavior of world-altering items, and loot-box drop rates through configuration options.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
Adds 4 blocks, 207 items, 2 recipes and 8 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
