    About

    Visiting Villagers adds temporary visitors to otherwise quiet villages, creating extra opportunities for trading without requiring additional beds or workstations. When a village has at least six villagers and one iron golem, adult visitors with 14 specialized professions, unemployed visitors, and baby visitors can arrive in the morning and leave at night. Some visitors offer trades, and biome-specific wandering traders bring exclusive local trades; visitors can also approach players holding an item of interest to trade. The mod includes chat and book versions of a Visitor Checker, which report nearby villagers, golems, visitors, babies, and wandering traders. Spawn rates, baby behavior, and trader frequency can be adjusted through the mod's configuration, and its visitors use vanilla models compatible with resource packs such as Fresh Animations.
