    About

    VMod is a Valkyrien Skies addon for creating and modifying ships and connected builds with a Toolgun inspired by Garry’s Mod. Its connection tools include fixed, hinge-like, and freely rotating joints, ordinary ropes, physics-based ropes, signal-operated hydraulics, sliders, and a tool for synchronizing the rotation of two ships. Other Toolgun functions can add thrusters, change a ship’s or connected structure’s gravity and mass, disable collisions between ships or between a ship and the world, scale an entire connected object, create a schematic of that object, remove ships, and clear VMod constraints. VMod also provides a Physgun for grabbing, rotating, moving, freezing, and unfreezing ships, while configurable client limits can affect constraint rendering and server settings can restrict tool parameters and assign players roles with access to particular modes.
