    About

    Wandering Pets (Updated) lets tamed mobs wander around instead of sitting whenever they are not following their owner. Shift-right-click a standing tamed mob to toggle between following and wandering; the same action lets it return to following. Cats alternate between roaming, sitting, and sleeping, with an option in the configuration to disable this adjusted behavior. The mod automatically detects potentially compatible modded tameable mobs that use vanilla owner-following behavior, and its configuration includes a whitelist for enabling the behavior on modded mobs.
