A modpack that helps your game run faster and smoother.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 63 graded mods, 55 are graded A or B, 7 C and 1 D to F. Its last update came out 5 days ago, for Minecraft 1.20.1. See the mods
Boosted FPS is a Forge modpack designed to improve Minecraft performance with a collection of performance-focused mods and tweaks. It also includes quality-of-life additions, an in-game Mods menu for viewing installed mods and configuring their settings, and a preloaded Hypixel server. The pack supports using OptiFine, but doing so requires disabling Embeddium and Oculus. Its settings use a low render distance by default to prioritize frame rate, which players can increase in video settings if they prefer to see farther.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 19 Oct 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
3 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 14 Oct 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked all 66 projects, without running them.
We have not checked the files in the pack itself yet (settings, scripts).
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
1 mod sends something about you
We read the code of all 34 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make its mods
We found no AI tool in the 31 mods we checked, and no AI content is declared for them on Modrinth.
3 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
