A performance modpack with Vulkan ready for Android devices that support it.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 7 graded mods, 5 are graded A or B, 0 C and 2 D to F. Its last update came out 10 days ago, for Minecraft 26.1.2. See the mods
Vulkan Droid is an Android-focused performance modpack for users who want to run the Vulkan Mod with the libraries and support components it needs. It includes Beryl for some Mali GPU devices, though support and performance vary across hardware. Using the pack requires enabling the system Vulkan driver in the launcher, and compatible Vulkan support depends on the device; the project notes that performance can differ between devices. Shaders are not currently supported, and some other mods may be incompatible.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.21.1 · Fabric, 15 Oct 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 7 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make its mods
We found no AI tool in the 7 mods we checked, and no AI content is declared for them on Modrinth.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
