Classic Look Programmer Art restores the visual style of Minecraft’s late Beta and early release era, from its classic grass colors to old item icons and block textures. It also includes adjustments and fixes to those textures while preserving the nostalgic early-game look.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Changes 285 block textures, 164 item textures, 127 mob and entity textures, 16 armor textures, 2 interface textures, the main menu background, 12 particle textures and 4 other files.
Adds 19 block textures, 28 item textures, 8 mob and entity textures, 5 armor textures, 1 other file and 80 sounds. Also has files for 3 other mods: Iceandfire, Unused and Wip.
Block textures are mostly 16 by 16 pixels, up to 32 by 32. 4 block and item textures are animated.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a resource pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A resource pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
