Gibster’s Texel Trains Pack adds American, Minecraft-styled rolling stock to Immersive Railroading, with a wide selection of locomotives, freight cars, passenger cars, and rail speeders. Locomotives include the GE U30b and U30c, EMD SW1200 and SW1500, U23b, and several GE Dash 8 variants, alongside B39-8 and B40-8 engines. Freight equipment ranges from tank cars, gondolas, boxcars, reefers, hoppers, and flatcars to a Super Stack wellcar, an extended-vision caboose, and a distinctive molten-iron torpedo car. Many models offer multiple railroad liveries, paint and weathering options, numbering, or cargo configurations; examples include hopper loads of gravel, limestone, and sand, and wellcar container stacks in different lengths. Some stock has interactive or animated features, including locomotive lights and controls, a snowplow with working headlights, and commuter-car doors operated from a control box in the front vestibule. The pack also includes rail speeders and matching passenger, utility, tank, crane, and maintenance carts, plus maintenance-of-way flatcars carrying items such as ties, wheels, or derricks. For added railroad detail, players can place an end-of-train device or flag; the device can flash when connected to a powered locomotive, while the flag provides a simpler alternative. The locomotives and cars are designed to be reskinned, and the pack includes texture templates for creating and sharing custom liveries.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
Has files for 1 other mod: Immersiverailroading.
Textures are mostly 64 by 64 pixels, up to 256 by 256.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a resource pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A resource pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
