About
Hypixel SkyBlock Legacy is a resource pack that continues SkyBlock’s legacy art direction, combining vanilla Minecraft textures with custom player-head artwork for SkyBlock items. Its Classic style preserves the original texture approach, while Reimagined substitutes modern Minecraft textures for selected items to better match their depictions, improve visual distinction, or suit their themes. The pack retextures a broad range of item categories, including accessories, boosters, capsules, equipment, pet items, fishing gear, dungeon items, and miscellaneous objects; examples include Dragon Fragments, Abiphones, fishing bait, rod parts, and Perfect Gemstones. It also adds custom art for items that had no legacy texture, including Torrhus accessories, Honeycomb equipment, Critter Capsules, Sloth Claws, and Sprayonators. Configuration options let players choose which item categories to retexture and adjust vanilla colors, tooltip textures, font glyphs, legacy soundtracks, and the head model; the main pack also offers an option to remove the shortbow drawback animation. The main pack uses Catharsis for configuration and for placing it above Hypixel’s server-enforced resource pack, while the separate SkyBlock Legacy Lite variant works without a required mod.
