About
Catharsis is a resource-pack support mod for retexturing and remodeling Hypixel SkyBlock items, blocks, and entities in a vanilla-like way, with item support that can also be used outside SkyBlock. Pack creators can target SkyBlock item IDs and distinguish items that share a base ID, including pets, potions, runes, attributes, and enchantments. Custom model conditions let packs vary item models according to factors such as location, time, player attributes, and item data, while armor definitions can use custom textures or Bedrock-style geometry and control which body parts are visible. Block replacements can vary by area or conditions such as the block below, layer multiple rules, or make position-seeded random choices that stay consistent for each block. The mod also supports custom menu layouts, text replacements for item names and lore, and entity overrides using custom Bedrock-style models and textures. Resource packs can include user-facing configuration menus and use Fabric Pack Overlays to enable or disable replacements based on settings.
