    About

Lepidodendron, also called Vanilladendron, is a vanilla-style resource pack that gives Prehistoric Nature’s prehistoric content a visual treatment designed to sit alongside standard Minecraft blocks. It retextures terrain and plants across the Silurian, Devonian, Carboniferous, and Permian dimensions, including peat, leaf litter, mud, organic ground, sand, gravel, clay, and numerous named prehistoric plants such as Cooksonia, Lepidodendron, Glossopteris, and Equisetites. Its block coverage also includes wood families, ores and fossils, stone and sandstone variants, decorative blocks, and laboratory equipment such as the fossil sorter, acid bath, DNA recombiner, and taxidermy table. The pack additionally retextures fossil-era marine life and environments, including bivalves and brachiopods, stromatolite and sponge reefs, and items such as DNA phials, a taxidermy scalpel, and a bone wand. Some complex blocks receive simplified remodels, while model edits address UV mapping errors and visual z-fighting.

    Not checked yet

It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.

Its author does not let other sites download its files from CurseForge, so we cannot check them.

Why we show this: a resource pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.

How we checked · Not checked yet
    • FilesWe download the files from Modrinth or CurseForge and look at what is inside them and what their code can do, without running them. Fixed rules tell what is harmful.
1 latest file. It is not for a recent Minecraft version, so the answer above is about it. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks. See each file in Releases

    Privacy

    Sends nothing

A resource pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.

    AI

Made with AI: not checked yet

We have not looked for AI tools in it yet.

Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
