    About

Meow Society refreshes the appearance of cats and ocelots to look more like their real-life counterparts, while adding new naturally spawning and name-triggered variants. The pack includes 13 naturally spawning variants, one rare natural variant, 28 name-specific variants, 10 secret variants, and 10 ocelot variants. Naming a cat can reveal examples such as Astro, Yarn Ball, Nyan Cat, Grumpy Cat, Garfield, Puss in Boots, or one of four mushroom-themed cats; named variants also include red pandas and raccoons in snack-inspired styles such as Cotton Candy Blue and Ice Creamcoon Neapolitan. Red pandas spawn in place of ocelots in bamboo jungles, while a black panther is an exceptionally rare ocelot replacement and black ocelots can also spawn. The included Just Pandas add-on changes cats and ocelots to raccoons and red pandas, and adds four exclusive raccoon styles.

    Security

    Not checked yet

Its author does not let other sites download its files from CurseForge, so we cannot check them.

Why we show this: a resource pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.

How we checked · Not checked yet
    • FilesWe download the files from Modrinth or CurseForge and look at what is inside them and what their code can do, without running them. Fixed rules tell what is harmful.
2 latest files: the newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The answer above is about the one for a recent version. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks. 1 of them is not checked yet. See each file in Releases

    Privacy

    Sends nothing

A resource pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.

    AI

Made with AI: not checked yet

We have not looked for AI tools in it yet.

Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
