Totally Decayed Wither Storm is a resource pack that reworks the Crackers Wither Storm mod to give it a Decayed Reality-inspired look and feel. It changes the Wither Storm’s models and textures, with examples shown for phases 3, 4.1, 5, and 7, and also improves its sounds and boss bar. The pack is a compilation of resource packs intended to fit the Decayed Reality style, though its creators note that it is not fully accurate to that addon.
